    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The default time value for a DateTime/TimePicker is 12:00 AM (culture dependent). This value is "recognized" as the empty value, and although in most cases it would not matter, some scenarios might require you to always have a specific (default) time set, without having to prompt the user to do it. This can be easily achieved with a few lines of javascript using a global variable to check if it has not been set already. For more info, please refer to the attached project.
