Vassil TerzievCo-founder and CEO
Vassil is responsible for overseeing Telerik’s strategic direction and enabling its rapid growth as a global provider of enterprise-class software and services. As a co-founder of Telerik, Vassil was instrumental in growing the sales, support and business development units of the company and establishing the fanatical dedication to customer service. Vassil’s vision and dedication has helped Telerik keep its slogan to “Deliver more than expected” and enjoy a solid track record of growing revenues and profitability in the ever changing developer tools marketplace.
Vassil earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the American University in Bulgaria and has served in various roles in companies from real estate, investment and high-tech industries.
Svetozar GeorgievCo-founder and CEO
Svetozar has been instrumental in establishing the Telerik brand and growing the Marketing and Financial organizations within the company. As a seasoned marketing executive, he has invented some of Telerik’s most successful marketing campaigns and has led to fruition many innovative ideas in the field of digital marketing. His profound expertise in the areas of product positioning, marketing research and communications has helped Telerik become one of the most recognized brands in the space of .NET developer tools.
Svetozar previously held management positions at Lowe Lintas, as well as several IT companies. He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Journalism from the American University in Bulgaria.
Boyko IaramovCo-founder and COO
In his role as Chief Operations Officer, Boyko is in charge of establishing, evaluating and managing Telerik’s internal organization processes and resources and ensuring that they support the core processes and functions of the company in the most efficient manner. Boyko is also responsible for creating and executing operational policies securing the accomplishment of company objectives. Before occupying this position, Boyko was Telerik’s chief information officer and head of IT department. While dealing with the knowledge management and collaboration efforts within Telerik, Boyko led many of the company’s key infrastructure efforts and managed to take Telerik to the next dimension – the cloud.
Prior to Telerik, Boyko was a Managing Director of a leading UK software company developing HR solutions. He received his Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and History at the American University in Bulgaria.
Hristo KosevCo-founder and CTO
Hristo is responsible for the evolution of the technical organization at Telerik and its never-ending quest for innovation and new products that serve unaddressed market needs. As the creator of Telerik’s first products, Hristo has always stayed close to product development but has also been heavily involved in creating the appropriate structure and development processes to help Telerik advance and keep its product leadership. At present, Hristo is leading Telerik’s foray into the .NET Productivity Tools market and is responsible for the rapid evolution of Telerik’s tools for code analysis, refactoring, unit testing and mocking.
Hristo has been developing software for more than 16 years and has served as Architect, Project Lead and Senior Developer in many software companies. Hristo holds a Master’s degree in Communication Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia in Bulgaria.
Dimitre TaslakovVP Business Development
Dimitre is responsible for all of Telerik's operations in North America. He helped establish the North America sales and customers support organization. He plays a vital role in promulgating Telerik's corporate culture across all new teams. Dimitre is actively involved in building and optimizing the global customer support force to better meet the rising demands and expectations of customers related to Telerik's growing portfolio of products. His duties span an array of strategic areas such as sales, finance and human capital which are key in Telerik's continuous and successful global expansion.
Dimitre brings several years of valuable experience as an entrepreneur. An Economics graduate from the University of National and World Economy, Dimitre also studied Business Administration and Economics at the American University in Bulgaria.
Stephen ForteChief Strategy Officer
Stephen Forte is the Chief Strategy Officer at Telerik and sits on the board of several start-ups including Triton Works. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Corzen, Inc, a New York based provider of online market research data for Wall Street Firms. Stephen is also the Microsoft Regional Director for the NY Metro region and speaks regularly at industry conferences around the world. He has written several books on application and database development including Programming SQL Server 2008 (MS Press).
Prior to Corzen, Stephen served as the CTO of Zagat Survey in New York City and was also the co-founder of the New York based software consulting firm The Aurora Development Group. Stephen holds an MBA from the City University of New York.
Todd AnglinVP HTML 5 Web & Mobile Tools
Todd joined Telerik in 2007 and is now responsible for Telerik's growing line of HTML5 tools for web and mobile apps, including Kendo UI Web, DataViz, and Mobile. He helps organize a global team of engineers, evangelists, marketing specialists, and business analysts to design, create, sell, and support industry leading HTML and JavaScript tools. Todd is a well-respected HTML5 industry leader and frequent speaker at some of the world's largest developer conferences. Prior to serving as VP HTML5 Web & Mobile Tools, Todd was Telerik's Chief Evangelist for five-years, building and coordinating Telerik's global evangelism efforts. Under his leadership, Telerik evangelism grew from a team of one to more than twelve professional developer evangelists, and evangelism efforts during this period helped support rapid growth at Telerik. Todd is an active member of the .NET and HTML5 developer communities, a Microsoft MVP, founder and president of the North Houston .NET Users Group, and O'Reilly author.
Prior to Telerik, Todd worked in Fortune 200 financial services enterprise IT, and had experience independently building and selling SaaS. He graduated with business honors from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Martin KirovEVP Sitefinity
Martin is responsible for development of the Sitefinity division at Telerik. His main focus is building a multinational sales and marketing organization and ensuring the alignment between the Sitefinity product a business teams. Martin plays a vital role in establishing the internal processes and organization needed to maintain the rapid growth of Sitefinity in different geographies. He’s also actively involved in tailoring the Sitefinity product and services offering to meet the evolving needs of the Web Content Management market.
Martin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Management in the University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf, Germany and has served various roles at Telerik prior to leading the Sitefinity division.
Chris SellsVP Developer Tools Division
Chris Sells is the VP of the Developer Tools Division at Telerik. He's written several books, including Programming WPF, Windows Forms 2.0 Programming and ATL Internals. Joel SemeniukEVP Agile Project Management Division
Joel acts as the Executive Vice President of the Agile Project Management Division, and is responsible for heading the TeamPulse family of products along with its integration with other Telerik products. Joel joined Telerik in 2010, coming from Imaginet – a company he helped establish in 1997. With 18 years of experience delivering world-class software, Joel is also a well published author and public speaker on Agile and Team Management topics, and has worked with companies around the world to improve their application lifecycle through the adoption of Agile and Lean techniques.
