The Telerik team in Austin, TX is looking for an experienced Server Developer that is going to help us build the next generation of testing tools. As a Server Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend infrastructure for our cloud platform. You should be proficient in a range of areas and disciplines related to cloud technology and make informed decisions that have an immediate and highly visible impact. Familiarity with cloud storage services and terminology such as SQL Azure, Blob Storage and Table Storage will be necessary to design a highly scalable storage model. You will work with various stakeholders to design a unified system of web services that provide abstraction to the storage model. This system of web services will be written in primarily WCF/REST and will define a common protocol that various applications can use to normalize their data for storage within a single location in the cloud. Alongside this, you will create client-side libraries that promote simplified native access to the services on platforms such as Android, iOS, and Windows.

You will be the person who has (a):
∙ Extensive professional programming experience with Microsoft .NET, C#
∙ 5+ years of experience in client/server & multi-tier server architecture and design
∙ 5+ years of development experience with ASP.NET/IIS.
∙ 3+ years of experience with WebService Technologies such as WCF/REST & SOAP
∙ Experience using cloud APIs such as Amazon AWS & Microsoft Azure
∙ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
∙ Proficiency in Object Oriented Design and Architecture
∙ Commitment to deliver tangible business results and not only code
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Exceptional ability to learn new skills
∙ Analyze issues and determine creative solutions for developmental tasks
∙ Leverage experience, foresight, and analytical skills to efficiently find solutions in completing tasks
