    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I didn't follow the instruction to the letter, but don't panic, my setup of the rar file should be far from confusing.

I'm sending you the demo project I used myself for testing. You can find both a skin folder there with 4 new skins (well 3.5 new skins because D10Ruby1 and D10Ruby2 are siblings), as well as a folder with my .psd files.

I'm sorry to say there are quite a few known bugs in these skins that I didn't manage to get rid of in time. I'm hoping you will allow users to update their submitted skins in the future, so we will be able to ensure top quality of user submitted skins.

There are a bunch of things I wanted to say, but I'm so exhausted at the moment, I can't remember half of them. Can you please send an email to me and tell me who I should contact if I want to follow up on this later?

Last but not least, thanks for the contest, I hope we will get a good amount of new (innovative and professional looking) skins.

    Best Regards,
    -DJ-

    Hi -DJ-,

Thank you once again for participating in the skinnning contest and your efforts to provide 4 sets of skins for all of our controls, this is really remarkable.

I have uploaded your skins at telerik.com. Here are a couple of notes on the skins, which you can take care of and send us updated version of the skins, if you want to. I will then upload the updated versions (once only).

We are awarding you with 30,000 Telerik points for participating in the contest. Congratulations!

    RadCalendar

Actually, the RadCalendar pickers use the skin of RadInput, which give the hover/focused state styles. You don't need to include any styles for the pickers' textboxes.

    RadEditor

A height style for the span elements, which are inside a.rade_tool is missing. As a result, the buttons are only a couple of pixels high and the background images are not visible in non-IE browsers.

    RadGrid

Thank you for the bug report about the strange skinning when grouping + hierarchy is used. We fixed this.

    RadSplitter

The hover state of splitbar images is not correct

    Kind regards,

    Hi Dimo,

Thanks a lot for the provided info as well as the much appreciated amount of points :)

I will be bugfixing these skins when I get the time, will contact you guys again then with updated code.

Skinning the controls was a great learning experience for me, some controls I've never used before, but some I've skinned quite a few times before.

I'm a bit disappointed that we didn't get more entries, if they are indeed all listed already.

Looking forward to watching the voting process.

    Regards,
    -DJ-

    Hi -DJ-,

We also hoped to have more participants, but maybe some people did not have confidence to take part and some simply did not want to share their own skins :)

    Dimo,

So I guess the deadline for the contest is past now.  When will the community voting contest be started?  I love all the skins that have been submitted - I can't wait to see how everything turns out!

    Stephen,

It looks like you forgot my RadWindow skin!!  That's really unfair :(  Could you reset the votes or something and add my skin?

    Hi all,

Indeed, we have made a mistake by omitting this skin. That is why, as a compensation, we extended the subscription of our customer Uldev. Please accept our apologies.

Wow, Dimo, thank you so much!  That's incredibly generous of you!  You guys are the best, that's why I use your products.  Apology definitely expected :)  Thank you very very much!  I'm so excited - I'll definitely keep participating in the community :)

Hehe thanks DJ :)  Keep yours coming too - I especially like your first skin (the blue and orange one).  Great glossy appearances in all of them!
