  RadRating can be customized by choosing from a flexible set of images and positioning options. You can place it horizontally or vertically on the page and set right-to-left, top-to-bottom, and reversed direction.

• Maximum number of items

  The ASP.NET AJAX Rating component can be assigned a maximum number of items based on which the users can mark their scoring.

• Selection Modes

  The control features the following rating modes: Single or Continuous, Read-only or Edit. The selection in Continuous mode is done by marking all the items starting from the first one while in Single mode a single item is marked as selected. You can also choose between read-only or edit selection modes. If read-mode is selected the particular content can only be rated once while in edit mode selection can be made multiple times by the user.
