Hello,
I put together a sample app which does a couple of things. First it uses a image similiar to what you find in Office 2007 combined with Click to Open to display a menu.
Also this sample uses a nested grid to dynamically load other user controls. I'm not sure the logic I use for the mouse over and menu close functionality to change the image is the best but it works and it hopefully helpful to someone else.
You'll need to add the Telerik dlls to get this to work.
