Customers can vote for the items published on the portal and help you prioritize the features that will bring most value to them. The portal allows “Positive” as well as “Negative" voting, so you can better capture the bigger picture.
Thanks to the built in notifications system, users can easily stay up to date with the progress of items they have submitted, voted for or commented on.

If you don’t want portal users to see each other’s feedback, you can enable the private feedback feature. This way, only your team and the author of the private item will be able to see it.

The default feedback categories are Ideas, Feedback, Feature Requests, Problems. To help you better categorize and manage feedback TeamPulse allows you to modify the names and number of these categories.
