Not answered Stuck in Reboot during Upgrade Wizard

Using the Telerik upgrade wizard has put VS IDE into the "requires restart" while it tried to update the controls.  At this time no controls exist in the toolbox and as stated it continues to show a dirty restart required.

Can you please advise how I can clear / reset this condition.

Attached is an image showing no toolbox items and the restart request.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

    Sorry about that!
The VSExtensions call an API method of the IDE to restart it. Can you try manually closing the IDE and starting it again?

    Kind regards,
