  I'm running through the manual installation of the Q3 release.  The manual installer does not contain a Documentation folder.  I downloaded the MS Help3 Documentation package, but the Install_RadControls.For.Silverlight.bat file installs the 2011_Q2 version.  So there's a few issues:
  
  1)  No documentation in manual installer package.
  2)  MSDN integrated help package has either not been updated or the batch file is incorrect.

  This is correct - the documentation is not included in the installation and should be downloaded separately from the site. I've checked and it seems that the zip file is not updated after the release. We'll update it till the end of the week.
