Not answered Tooltip on buttons

    When we have buttons in the tool bar they adopt the style of the theme, this is great.  But how can you change the tooltip placement?  Because I have a htmlplaceholder under a toolbar and the tool tips go behind the html panel as its just a floating div.  What I would like is to change the placement property to the right as this would move the tooltip text so that its not obscured by the html.
