  Hi,
  
  I have a resource at https://lb.solvexia.com/ClientBin/Images/sample_mpeg4.mp4 , which is a mp4 file.
  
  Im having problem to play it because it is under https.  Is it possible to play an mp4 file over secured connection?

  Hello Bi Chao,
  
  You can play an mp4 file over secured connection using the HTTPS protocol as long as you deploy the web application hosting the Silverlight plug-in to a https web site. Unfortunately the Silverlight MediaElement can not play resources accessible under different protocols. You can read more info here.
