I've investigated your request but unfortunately RadHtmlPlaceholder does not support mouse and keyboard events. This inconvenience is caused by the fact the RadHtmlPlaceholder is an IFrame which is being rendered on top of the Silverlight plugin and therefore cannot listen for mouse or keyboard events. and I've added a feature request in our PITS under the name "HtmlPlaceholder: Support for mouse and keyboard events" and it will be available for tracking and voting tomorrow the latest. If this feature request gathers enough popularity we will definitely implement it. Meanwhile, let us know how we can be of further assistance.
