Opening the Help document for the "RadControls for Silverlight Q3 2009 SP1\RadControls for Silverlight Documentation" produces the following results...
The MS Document Explorer opens with the correct Content List in the left pane and no text in the right pane. Double clicking on any Content Item (Introduction for example) produces a dialog box with the Title "Microsoft Document Explorer has stopped working" and a text of "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Blah blah blah" and the options to Debug or Close Program.

All the other help files open and display the contents fine. Just the Silverlight has the problem.
