When you double click on whatever triggers expansion/contraction, the control ceases to function properly.
I first discovered this when I tried to bind two independent buttons to the "IsExpanded" property of this control. However when I quickly click the button twice from Expanded -> Contract and then clicked again to show it expanding like "woops, i made a mistake, i actually want to see the control" the control does not expand.
It seems to be an animation bug. This happens on your demo application as well.
Please let me know if there is already a thread for this.
Replication procedures
Start off with your control expanded.
Quickly click on the expand icon twice. The second button click needs to finish befrore
The data is now not visible but the control says otherwise.
Double click again at any speed to show the data again.

I noticed this problem, too. I don't have the RadExpander open by default, but if I click the button bounded to IsExpanded to expand, then click it again before it finishes the animation, it will not display any information. However, in my case if I try double clicking or doing anything after that, it will not display anything.
