  i'm working on Drag and Drop  between RadSchedulerView<->RadGridView.
  i have 2 questions
  1.when i drag an item from grid to schedulerview,there is a little dashed rectanguler together with the mouse pointer(i provided a customer DragVisual.).i am wondering for the reason. 
  2.when i drag an item from scheculer view to gridview, i found i can not drop it on the grid view. reason?(i find why item can not be dropped, caused by data converter).
  
  but the Q1 i do not know why?
