  Hi.
  
  Can someone point me if it is possible to implement zoom in and out with wheel mouse?

  Our team is still working on that feature. Nevertheless, I can offer you a workaround. For now, RadChartView has the event MouseWheel. You can handle that event to do the zooming. I have applied a sample project for further help with the matter.

  Hi,
  
  Thanks for the sample, its work for me. With this sample zoom is occurs to right and top side. and not magnifing at mouse location. I have tried with pan offset changing but no luck.
  Please let me know any updates on zoom feature with latest 2013 Q1 release.

  There were no updates to the pan zoom behavior with the latest (Q1 2013) release.
  I've attached a project based on the previous one demonstrating a how to achieve your requirement using the Q1 2013 release.
