Capture Ideas and Feedback
The TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback feature comes in two parts – external web-based portal extension and internal module.
Those two features are meant to help you during the whole development process. The portal will let you easily capture and manage project feedback from customers, while the internal module will let you review this feedback with you team, and turn it into specific work items.
Thanks to this improved project collaboration you will be able to build the right features, in the right priority order, thus eliminating waste.
TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback Module
The Ideas & Feedback module provides team members with a rich environment where they can expressively define ideas. The team can then either collaborate around those ideas internally or publish them to the Ideas & Feedback Portal where they can get commented and voted on by customers, or both. The Ideas & Feedback module also stores all items that have been piped in from the portal.
TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback Portal
The TeamPulse Ideas & Feedback Portal is an HTML-based platform for capturing external project feedback. The portal allows you to expose items from TeamPulse so that your customers can vote or comment on them, helping you prioritize the things that bring the most value. The portal also allows external users to submit new items like feature requests, problems, ideas or general feedback and pipe the data into TeamPulse.

Ensure full traceability
TeamPulse will help easily create traceability relationships between ideas, feedback, feature requests, stories (requirements) and tasks, thus ensuring critical context is always saved and rework is minimized. For example, when a team member is not sure how to implement a task, he can easily trace it back to the associated user story and idea; then gaining a deeper understanding of the context of the task, he can implement it in the best way.
