Managing state for UI components in React has required a dependency on libraries like Redux until now. React has introduced Hooks and this talk covers the basics of state and side-effects using React Hooks (useState, useEffect, and useReducer). The session will also demonstrate how to integrate KendoReact and its themes into a real world application.
