What's New HistoryNew Component: Split Button
The new Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX SplitButton allows the user to execute a default action or to choose a predefined action from a dropdown list. It is a lightweight version of RadButton with enabled SplitButton and a built-in ContextMenu, holding the set of alternative button options. It includes templates for rendering custom content, SingleClick feature, built-in accessibility, keyboard navigation, RTL support and more.

Drag and Drop Manager
With the help of the new Drag & Drop Manager, you can easily add drag and drop functionality to any Web Forms app with minimal code. The DragDropManager UI control combines the RadDraggable, RadDropTarget and RadDropTargetArea controls and simplifies declaration and reusability. The RadDraggable control enables an element to be moved by a mouse or finger while the RadDropTarget & RadDropTargetArea controls help you define one or more drop areas.

Day-Zero Support for Web Live Preview with UI for ASP.NET AJAX
We are thrilled to announce that we’re working closely with Microsoft to ensure day-zero support for Web Live Preview and provide compatibly with the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX component suite. The WLP extension enables real-time mapping between the source code in Visual Studio and the web app, meaning that you no longer need to go back and forth between Visual Studio and the rendered HTML files to manually update them to see how the changes you made are reflected on the website.
Telerik UI Support for Visual Studio 2022
As a leading provider of .NET UI components, we are glad to announce that all Telerik UI libraries have been compatible with Visual Studio 2022 since Nov 2021, shortly after it was released by Microsoft. Reporting Integration Demo
We included a standalone demo demonstrating the interaction between the RadGrid UI component and Telerik Reporting, as well as how to pass and display ASP.NET AJAX Grid data in a WebForms Report Viewer, based on your feedback.
New Telerik Document Processing Features
In the latest Telerik Document Processing distribution package in UI for ASP.NET AJAX, you will find several new document processing features: Support for conditional formatting and export notes by a specific author in SpreadProcessing and Nested MailMerge in WordsProcessing.
Accessibility Improvements
We work hard to make our UI components accessible to all users and to update our accessibility features on a regular basis. We've optimized a number of components in this release, including RadCalendar, RadGrid, and more!
