Link below shows kendo-react-intl is a dependency

But I want to check to see if there is any workaround to let charts work without kendo-react-intl, thanks!

Hello, Kim,
`kendo-react-intl` is a peer dependency in the `package.json` of the charts package and is required to have.
However, you can still use the package without installing it but this might cause unexpected behaviour:
One thing that will surely not work after removing this package is the globalization feature.
