Optimize RadComboBox and RadListBox performance

SOLUTION
There are two non-exclusive ways to optimize RadComboBox and in RadListBox rendering and operation performance. The combination of these two approaches yields the fastest behavior both for RadComboBox and RadListBox. The two approaches are as follows:

• If databinding is not used, surround the logic that adds or removes items with BeginUpdate() and EndUpdate() methods. In case data binding is used, these methods are automatically added when DataSource is set, so there's no need to add them yourself.
