Sometimes you need to add an item in the Datasource and immediately select (and show, i.e. bring into view) it in the related Databound TreeView.

This task looks pretty easy but in fact it is a bit confusing. There is no guarantee that all containers from the item's path are created at the moment of selecting and showing the item. In general the task can be divided into the following sub-tasks:

• Add data item to Datasource;
• Construct item's Path;
• Expand the item by path in the TreeView;
• Bring item related container into the view.

We prepared and attached a small example where an item is added to a Databound TreeView.
