For some specific cases, when the issue is prolonged or a better clarification of the requirement is needed, we can offer a complimentary Remote Web Assistance session to users without the Ultimate level of support package.
This allows us to take a quick look at your project live and this is usually very useful and the customers who partook in this kind of direct collaboration gained overwhelmingly positive experience and fast resolution to the problems in the original project.
Once you agree with a Support Officer in a ticket to arrange such a remote session, you can provide us with your availability between 8 AM and 2 PM UTC, Mon - Fri. You can check out the following time conversion table for a better orientation:
