ClassIndex
A SingleTotalFormat that computes the 'Index' for the pivot grouping values. The index is computed by the following formula: (aggregateValue * grandTotalValue) / (rowTotalValue * columnTotalValue).

Do not call this method directly (except when calling base in an implementation). This method is called internally by the Clone() method whenever a new instance of the Cloneable is created.
