The keyboard navigation of the ExpansionPanel is always available.

The ExpansionPanel supports the following keyboard shortcuts:

SHORTCUT	DESCRIPTION
`Enter`&`Space`	Expands and collapses the focused item.
`Tab`	Focuses the first item and moves the focus sequentially through the items.
`Shift`+`Tab`	Moves the focus sequentially through items in reversed order.
