I am trying to install JustDecompile on a new machine and keep getting this message.
I also tried installing the Progress Control Panel app and get the same error.
Any ideas how to fix this? It's a vague message

Can you try to delete the content of %appdata%\JustDecompile folder and try to run the application again?

We save the Progress Control Panel settings in a file located under %localappdata%\Progress_Software_Corpora\ProgressControlPanel.exe_StrongName_[GUID]\[ControlPanelVersion]. If the file is corrupted you would get the message as described. In most cases, after you run the Progress Control Panel again the file is created again and the application runs normally. As this is not what happens in your case I would suggest deleting the whole Progress_Software_Corpora folder. Have in mind that there could be different folders, like Telerik_AD, Telerik_EAD or Progress, for older versions. Delete all aforementioned just to be on the safe side. Afterwards launch the offline installer I have attached, which will install the latest version of the Progress Control Panel.
