Hello Mike,
RadListView for ASP.NET AJAX has been introduced with the Q3 2009 release of the suite. Therefore, in order to employ that control in your projects, you will need to migrate at least to version 2009.3.1103 or better yet to the latest SP 2009.3.1314 of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.
