Hello ,
You cannot reference another project in an AppBuilder project. The AppBuilder mobile project represents a hybrid app that is essentially implemented as a web page. In the web page you can reference CSS, JavaScript, media files or other resources added in the mobile project or hosted on a remote server with proper access rights.
