I have been having trouble with a class inside of the main DLL where attempts to access one of the methods causes a TypeLoadExcepion.

So I pulled it into JustDecompile (thanks for this great tool) and I looked at a few of my classes and methods in other areas of the DLL without problems.  Then I clicked on the trouble class to expand it and clicked on the trouble method .... Just Decompile asked where to find the 1.0 framework!!!  Why would it ask for the 1.0 framework when entering a DLL?

When a type of referenced assembly is used in some class, JustDecompile prompts for the location of this referenced assembly in order to produce better decompilation result. If you skip it, there might be some parts of the code highlighted in red. When hovered an explanation why this code is highlighted is shown.

In your case your dll has a reference to that "1.0 framework" and that's why it prompts you for path to it.
