In excel you can open a document and go to File->Properties where in custom tab you can enter a custom property (with value) to the document.
Is it possible to do this in an excel workbook created with SpreadProcessing?

Hello Constantinos,
If you mean the properties of the document like Author, Last Modified By, Company, etc. RadSpreadProcessing does not support them at this point. We will consider implementing this feature for our future releases. I created an item in our Ideas & Feedback Portal where you can track the status of the feature: Implement document properties.
