"Could not find the command..."

Hello,

We installed a fully licensed version of RadEditor for MOSS and many of the commands such as PasteFromWord, MediaManager, DocumentManager, etc will not work.  I get a popup that says "Could not find the command... Please update your command list."

Is there something else I need to do besides enabling it in the ToolsFile.xml?

I have an evaluation version running on a WSS 3.0 and all of these functions work fine.

Hi sondiego,

Make sure that you are using the standard version of RadEditor for MOSS, not the Lite one. The Lite version has limited functionality and does not support these tools - even if you add them in the ToolsFile, you will get a "Could not find the command.." error and they will not run.
