The Flashlight plugin allows you to switch the flashlight / torch of the device on and off.
You can test beforehand whether or not the device has a flashlight.
Custom plugins don't work in the simulator and the AppBuilder companion app, so inside Telerik AppBuilder choose Run - Build - iOS/Android/WP8 - App package.
