Cars are getting techier and fancier with each model update. Sometimes upgrades are great; some times not so great; and there are times, when upgrades are at the expense of the user. In fact, it's quite easy to get frustrated in a new vehicle. Join me as I muse over vehicle interiors and vehicle systems to examine the good, the somewhat bad and utterly ugly. The observations and implications go beyond vehicles. Lessons learnt apply to UX decisions in making any type of interface - software or hardware, in the world of connected and smart everything.
