Teodora Todorova has been in the software industry for 15 years – she started as a developer and went through almost all roles involved in software project implementation.
Throughout her career, Teodora has always been interested in examining the human behavior and in analyzing the project success factors related to processes/people. This is how her love for Agile was born, first as a mindset and attitude, and afterwards as established practices and flexible process. Agile is her real passion now and she tries to apply it in all aspects of her life.
In 2017, Teodora co-founded bTalks Agile, a consultancy that helps companies, teams and individuals to achieve better results in their Agile journeys by providing pragmatic coaching, training and consulting services. Her mission is to help people embrace the Agile mindset and optimize their processes by applying Agile practices.
