.NET Windows Phone: Properly detect 1080p resolution (1080x1920) of large screen devices with WP8 update 3
.NET Windows Phone: When run in the emulator, devices would appear as "new installations" after the emulator had been shut down because that would wipe the emulator's storage and hence the designated anonymous id. This has been improved like so:
Running in the emulator: always use a hardcoded anonymous id. So all emulator-sessions will appear to come from the same single installation.
Running on a real device: retrieve and use the DeviceUniqueId if ID_CAP_IDENTITY_DEVICE is enabled, which will remain unchanged forever even if app is uninstalled and re-installed so each device will always be counted as one unique installation; else behave like before, which means create and store an id on the device which will be lost and re-generated if the app is uninstalled and re-installed, so a re-installation will count as a new installation.
