The RadControls for WPF sample projects that ship with the installer cannot be debugged. Setting a break point in the source code does not get triggered. See the screen shot below:
Silverlight-containing web site or web application projects need to have the Silverlight debugger enabled before being able to debug a Silverlight application. The sample project is called ExamplesWeb. To enable Silverlight debugging go to the project properties dialog, and switch over to the Web tab. There, at the bottom of the page, you should see the enabled debuggers. Check the Silverlight check box:
