HOW TO
After installing Telerik Reporting Q1 2008, all of the items except Telerik Reporting have "disappeared" from the "Add New Item" dialog in Visual Studio 2005. Now there is a new sub-category of "Project Items" - "Reporting", with a single template - Telerik Report.
SOLUTION
Generally, you can access the other items in the "Add New Item" dialog easily by simply navigating to the parent category:

The confusion comes from the fact that Visual Studio persists the last selected category and opens it when selecting "Add New Item" dialog. Sub-categories are integral part of Visual Studio and they are widely used in VS2008. "Remembering" the selected sub-category is a default behavior and it cannot be changed.
