PROBLEM
RadChart does not show on screen

SOLUTION
Some Http compression tools interfere with RadChart's streaming functionality. One such tool is:
http://www.blowery.org/code/HttpCompressionModule.html

The problem can be solved by:

a) removing Http Compression
b) switching to another Http Compression provider
c) updating to the latest version of the Htpp Compression provider product.
