    PROJECT DESCRIPTION                                    
    Someone else in my office wanted to be able to have a RadTreeView with checkboxes that were read only, but still keep the expend / scroll functionality of the RadTreeView. It was easy to extend the RadTreeView to make this possible and thought it might come in handy for others too.
