Keeping TabStrip state

I removed my Telerik.dll's from the bin directory and added an install.txt that indicates how to get this working.   You may want to add the trial dlls to the project and repost it, to make it simpler. 

The only external addition that will be needed is the telerik dll links needed in the /bin folder.

(info from the install.txt)
1. unzip to required IIS locaiton
2. open the project files or open the newly extracted website in Visual Studio 9.
3. Place your copies of your telerik dlls in the /bin directory
4. Run the program.

The only thing to watch is the time limit of the cookies.  I have them set to expire in 1 minute to show your whats working and what's not for this example.
