Private customers from EU member states must pay VAT on purchases of electronically-delivered products. Test Studio is offered with a User License with Subscription and Priority Support which gives aspecific machine rights to build, modify and execute tests. Test Studio can be installed on multiple machines as long as it’s only activated on one machine at a time (assuming a single license is purchased). If you need to move the license to another machine, a simple, one-click deactivation will free-up the license so it may be activated on another machine. There is no limit to the number of times this process can be performed and no need to get in touch with us, it just works.
The User License withSubscription and Priority Support offers free updates and priority support for 1 year.
Double click the MSI file you downloaded to run the installation wizard. Follow the wizard directions to complete installation. Once you press the Finish button Test Studio will be launched. The first screen that will pop up is the Activation screen. Select Trial Evaluation radio button and press the Next button. If you choose the Automatic path, you will need to insert the credentials for your Telerik account in the next screen. Click Activate and you are ready to start using Test Studio.

During your Test Studio 30-day trial period not only can you take advantage of all available resources and forum posts but you can also submit a ticket to our support team. Please note that trial support inquiries have a 72 hour response time (Monday – Friday), however often times they are answered much quicker. After placing an order you should receive 2 e-mails: one with payment information and another one withsoftware download instructions. The e-mail with software download instructions will be sent to the License Holder's email account specified inthe order form. It will contain the license holder's login credentials and download instructions. This e-mailshould arrive within 15 minutes after you placed the order. You will be able to download the software from Your Account. You will only need tofollow the instructions in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the end-user.

The advantage of using a credit card to make your payment is that your order will be processed immediately and you will be able to download the software without delay.
