Returns are honored by special request only and cannot be guaranteed. Generally, we make refunds only in case a credit card was stolen and used to purchase a Telerik product license.
There are no refunds on subscription renewals or licenses with subscription once the source code has been downloaded. For refunds of licenses without subscriptions, please e-mail us at
