Telerik UI for Windows Phone by Progress

The RadPickerBox control allows you to choose between two size modes for its popup. This is done by using the PopupSizeMode property. It can have the following values:

  • AutoSize - specifies that the window should take the space needed by the controls in it.
  • FitToPlacementTarget (default) - specifies that the window should get stretched to the size of its placement target.
Note
In order to specify the placement target for the popup, you have to use the PopupPlacementTarget property of the RadPickerBox control. When the FixToPlacementTarget is used, the PopupPlacement property takes no effect.
Note
This property will have no effect if the IsFullScreen property is set to True.

Here is an example:

CopyXAML
      <Grid x:Name="LayoutRoot" Background="Black" Width="300" Height="500">
      <telerikPrimitives:RadPickerBox x:Name="radPickerBox" Content="Open
Popup" VerticalAlignment="Center" HorizontalAlignment="Center" Grid.Row="1" PopupPlacementTarget="{Binding
ElementName=LayoutRoot}" IsFullScreen="False" PopupSizeMode="FitToPlacementTarget">
      <Border Background="Orange" Padding="20">
      <Button Content="Close" Click="Button_Click" />
      </Border>
      </telerikPrimitives:RadPickerBox>
      </Grid>

Here is a snapshot of the result.
