Telerik UI for Windows Phone by Progress

The RadPickerBox control allows you to apply offsets to its Popup Window. You are able to apply a vertical and horizontal offsets via the VerticalPopupOffset and HorizontalPopupOffset properties. Two offsets are applied respectively on the top and on the left side.

Note
The offsets don't get applied when the popup is in FullScreen mode.

Here is an example.

CopyXAML
      <Grid x:Name="LayoutRoot" Background="Black" Width="300" Height="500">
      <telerikPrimitives:RadPickerBox x:Name="radPickerBox" Content="Open
Popup" VerticalAlignment="Center" HorizontalAlignment="Center" Grid.Row="1" PopupPlacement="TopLeft" PopupPlacementTarget="{Binding
ElementName=LayoutRoot}" IsFullScreen="False" PopupSizeMode="AutoSize" HorizontalPopupOffset="20" VerticalPopupOffset="20">
      <Border Background="Orange" Padding="20">
      <Button Content="Close" />
      </Border>
      </telerikPrimitives:RadPickerBox>
      </Grid>
