The RadListPicker control derives from the HeaderedItemsControl, so it is able to display a header above its items. To define a header
for the RadListPicker control, use its Header property. It is of type object, so you can assign everything to it - simple strings,
UIElements, UserControls etc.
Note that if you want to set multiple UIElements as content of the RadListPicker
control, you have to wrap them in a layout control such as Grid, StackPanel, Canvas etc.
If you are using the RadListPicker control in Popup mode, you can define a header for the
popup as well. Just use its PopupHeader property.
You can also bind the Header of the RadListPicker control to a data object and use the HeaderTemplate property to define a
DataTemplate to visualize the object.
Here is an example.
<telerikInput:RadListPicker x:Name="radListPicker" Header="Country:" VerticalAlignment="Top"></telerikInput:RadListPicker>
Here is a snapshot of the result.
