RadLayoutTransformControl allows the applying of layout transformations on its content, while also affecting the outer elements that get
affected by it - feature that is currently not present in the Windows Phone platform out of the box.
RadLayoutTransformControl key features include:
- Transform Layout - RadLayoutTransformControl allows you to transform an element, while adjusting the surrounding layout around it.
- Silverlight Transforms - RadLayoutTransformControl allows you to use all of the transforms available in Silverlight.
