RadBulletGraph is a data visualization component that clearly and concisely describes a single datum compared to one or two additional data. The main datum is
called the featured measure and the other data to which it is compared are called comparative measures. All measures reside on a quantitative scale that can be divided in two or
more segments (five maximum by specification, the control allows more segments but this is generally poor practice since it makes the bullet graph harder to read) that signify the
quality of the scale in a particular segment. The bullet graph can also display a projected measure to allow comparison between estimation and actual result for example. Finally
the bullet graph can be positioned horizontally or vertically with most visual aspects being customizable.
