Each time a connection is returned to the pool its age is incremented by 1. Connections that are at least as old as the maximum connection age, the default being 1000, are closed instead of being put back in the pool. This helps to prevent server or database problems due to DB related resource leaks. The name of this property is MaxConnectionAge.
