Telerik RadToolBar can be populated using design-time support. Managing items is done by the RadToolBarItemCollection Editor. It is started on editing the Items property collection.
Select an item to add with the dropdown of the [Add] button. The item is appended to the Members' list. You can arrange the items by moving them up and down on the list.
Each item has a set of properties, which are found on the right when the item is selected.
Remove an item by selecting it from the list and clicking the [Remove] button.
