New major version of RadSpell is now available as a part of RadControls “Prometheus” for ASP.NET. Its new architecture is based on top the ASP.NET AJAX framework in order to directly benefit from client-side behaviors and capabilities. We strongly recommend using the new version for all new development.

Telerik RadSpell enables developers to add multilingual spellchecking capabilities to their ASP.NET applications. The component is completely customizable and can be attached to any server- or client-side editable element (textbox, div, iframe). It currently supports 19 languages and can have custom user dictionaries for every language.
Telerik RadSpell is a cross-browser server control, which uses no-postback algorithm and requires no installation or downloads on the client machine. To suit the specific requirements of your web-application the spellchecker’s interface can be easily localized, re-skinned or completely redesigned. Telerik RadSpell is available as a separate component, free of charge with Telerik RadEditor, or as part of the Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET suite - "Unleashing the power of Thin Client™".
